We ship worldwide. We provide FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on orders over US$79+, after all discounts applied, in most countries.

COVID-19 Update

With some carrier services experiencing unexpected delays in transit or slight delays in providing tracking details, we appreciate your patience and understanding in advance. It's our top priority to make sure your orders get delivered to you as soon as possible.

Exceptions

Kindly note that there are some exceptions because our carriers can't ensure safe delivery to those addresses and there's nothing worse than a lost package. Besides, please put your address with details on the street number/building number if you have one.

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses if you are in the United States and choose Express Shipping; however, you could ship to P.O. Box addresses if you choose Standard Shipping instead.
We cannot ship to any P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses if you are NOT in the United States for any types of shipping methods.
We can't ship to non-continental Europe, usually refer to the islands and territories affiliated with the aforementioned European countries.
The shipping fee and shipping time might differ between contiguous United States and other Insular area (e.g., Puerto Rico).

Customs Duties

Shipments from all of our warehouses are delivery duty unpaid. Therefore, any and all customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If any, these charges must be paid by the customers, especially if you choose Express shipping for your order.

Customers take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note that according to customs regulations, Shepicker cannot declare purchased items as gifts or list an amount lower than the actual product price.

Reiceiving Time

For in-stock products, your receiving time will contain 3-7 natural days of order processing time plus the shipping time.

For pre-order products, your receving time will be calulated from the estimated shipping date plus the shipping time.

Please note that if your order contains both in-stock and pre-order products, the shipping date might vary based on the estimated shipping date of pre-order products.
